If any provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of a term of this agreement by Outsource Recruitment Ltd will constitute a waiver of the rights of Outsource Recruitment Ltd arising from that or any other breach. This agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreement.
