Any communication or material you post or transmit on the Site of Outsource Recruitment Ltd over the Internet is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. However, Outsource Recruitment Ltd or any of its related bodies corporate will endeavour to ensure that any information/requests submitted via the ‘Contact Us’ facility on the site will be treated as confidential if requested by you and we assure that we will never share your personal information with a 3rd party without having first solicited your expressed permission to do so with the only exception being the need to provide such information if requested as part of a criminal/security investigation. Furthermore, do not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any law. Outsource Recruitment Ltd reserves the right to gather more extensive information than that stated about any attempted access to the Site which raises security issues (and, should the need arise, to disclose such information to relevant authorities).
